Efficient and diplomatic in dealing with situations involving any aspect of Food and Beverage where the reputation or image of the property is represented.- Plan Budgeting and Cost Control, implement programs, policies and procedures according to the Company’s Standard.
- Monitor the profitability of all Food and Beverage Outlets and provide solutions to improve problem areas and assist in implementing corrective measures.
- Help in developing new ideas and increase departmental sales of Food and Beverage to improve productivity.
- Assist in the coordination of organizational and administrative functions in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department
- Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service, promotions
- Recruitment and training of staff
- Shift scheduling
- Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Purchase and control of inventory
- Monitor revenues and expenses
- Ensure practice of heath and safety regulations
- Budget preparation, manning control, productivity
- Negotiate with clients for use of facilities for catering, parties, banquets, etc.
